Hello!!

I wish I could express in words my delight in having another meditation group scheduled for all of the Feminine Divine Energy to mix, mingle, relax and rejuvenate!!!  It is my greatest honor and pleasure to be leading a meditation group this Sunday from 10-11 am in Laguna Beach California.

The Monthly group has been powerful and calming and I have loved all the women who have been in attendance.  It is my highest intention that this group ignite the spark of light and truth that is inside each of us.  As we embody our Feminine Power we become energized and clear allowing us to assist in shifting the consciousness on this planet.  It does begin with each one of us.

If you are unable to practice NNSC (Non-Negotiable Self Care) please listen to this Chakra Balancing Meditation which I recorded with the Weekly Tele-Meditation Group!

WOMEN’S MEDITATION GROUP FOR WELLBEING AND PEACE

Come join us for a chance to nurture yourself and create

Women rejuvenate physically and mentally when neurotransmitters such as Oxytocin are

ourselves and/or others. When women meditate and take that quiet time for themselves the
body naturally produces this healing “Love Hormone”.

One of the common questions I get asked when teaching a class or speaking to a group is, “How Do I Meditate?  I CAN’T SEEM TO MEDITATE because I have all these thoughts in my head!”  This is a common concern with all meditation and until you have received the facts of meditation, its easy to get discouraged.  Let me begin by stating, “MEDITATION IS NOT A THOUGHT ERASER”.  We are human beings with minds that create thoughts.  Guess what?  Even the Dalai Lama has thoughts at times while meditating.

Meditation is an alternative to the thoughts by providing a single point of focus that creates peace, calm and relaxation.  There are basically 4 things that happen during meditation:

1.   Thoughts – As humans we have approximately 60,000-80,000 thoughts a day.  It would not be practical to sit down for 30 minutes and erase them all! Thoughts are a part of life.

2.   Sleep – Yes, it is not uncommon to fall into sleep during a meditation.

3.   Silence/”The Gap” – This is the ultimate place of peace and connection to Source.

4.   The Point of Focus – Breath, Mantra, Affirmation, etc.

When you meditate you can expect any of the above 4 things to happen, and you are doing the meditation correctly!  When thoughts come in to your mind, simply return to your point of focus.  If you are focused on your breath, let the thought come up, then return to your breath.  If you are practicing a mantra or affirmation, notice the thought and go back to the mantra, etc.

If you are falling asleep regularly during meditation, it probably means you need more sleep.  You can also try practicing meditation during the middle of the day until you become more accustom to meditating.  Rest assured, as you continue to practice meditating you will stay conscious more and more.

If you feel you would like to meditate more regularly and want to have the comfort of an accountability partner, check out our Weekly Guided Tele-Meditations.  You can also listen to a free guided meditation here!

Namaste!

WELCOME TO THE WEEKLY GUIDED TELE-MEDITATION GROUP!

After years of planning this group, the Universe has made it possible!!!  I am so very excited to be facilitating this group to support your meditation practice.  Meditation is exponentially healing and life changing and we all know how important meditation is, yet it is rarely on the top of our priority list.  Seems crazy.  In some aspects our behaviors toward meditation are similar to the smokers who know how damaging smoking is, yet can’t seem to quit.  This group is designed to become your meditation accountability partner, wellspring for meditation information, and a source for higher vibration transformational healing.

Each week a new guided meditation will be available via phone and recorded.  Members will have access to the live calls and the recordings.  The recordings allow each participant to have complete access to a meditation every day of the week!

CURIOUS? LISTEN TO A FREE CALL HERE!

The meditations are approximately 30 minutes in length and allow for a quick and easy relaxation of the mind by utilizing basic hypnosis relaxation techniques.  I have been using these techniques at drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers for many  years with great success.  Now, they are being implemented into these calls.

Cheers to your meditation success!

Hello!!!

I do hope you have been enjoying the warm weather and all the benefits that come along with lots of sunshine.  Even though it is hot, there is lots of vitamin D (the happy hormone) being produced in your body from that beautiful sun, and its free. tee hee hee!

I want to share with you my New Weekly Guided Meditation Group starting October 1, 2012 @9:30 am PST. For the last 7 years I’ve been teaching meditation and assisting people through my hypnosis practice, and been witness to the struggles and challenges people are having with doing and maintaining a meditation practice.  We all know meditation is good for our mind, body and soul yet we don’t have the time or patience to maintain a regular practice.

This meditation group is designed with the struggles in mind.  Not enough time?  The meditations are only 30 minutes in length and are recorded so you can access them at your convenience as much as you’d like.

Can’t stay in meditation when you do try?  Having the meditations guided allows for the listener to stay focused and go deeper relaxed.

Can’t stick to a weekly routine?  The nominal membership fee of $25/month is you accountability partner.

I’m not sure if I’m doing it right?  The live calls will offer Q&A from time to time, and as a member you can email questions to me any time!

Anything Else?  By committing to your personal growth and becoming a member you will also learn how the mind works (for and against you), quick and easy tools to use on your own to regain peace and relaxation, increase your personal connection to your Higher Power and Divine Self, clarity, inner truth and overall well-being!

If you would like the opportunity to check out the meditations and get more information before becoming a member CLICK HERE to sign up for the FREE Introductory call on October 1, 2012 @9:30 am PST.

It is my highest intention you develop and continue a successful meditation practice that enhances your life on all levels!

Blessings,
Jennifer

Hello!

I was recently researching the effects of meditation and serotonin levels, and found that when we are focused on feelings of love and gratitude, we can increase our serotonin levels naturally and instantly.  Serotonin is the neurotransmitter that produces feelings of joy and calm and is stimulated with prescription anti-depressants.  So, with that information it makes even more sense to meditate at least 10-20 minutes a day to keep the levels in a healthy range and avoid ALL negative side effects!  And, once you learn how to meditate, it is FREE making meditation kind to the bank account as well!! Conclusion:  Meditation is a WIN-WIN activity!!!

If you can take about 4 and a half minutes out of your day, listen to the meditation attached and notice an increase in your sense of joy and peace.  If you are interested in learning how to meditate, sit quietly after the guided meditation and just stay in that space noticing your thoughts and bringing your attention back to your breath.  You will increase your focus as well as your ability to enjoy peace and calm in your mind and body.

Its easy!  May you be filled with a renewed sense of peace, joy and calm!

All my best,

Jennifer
