Hello!

I was recently researching the effects of meditation and serotonin levels, and found that when we are focused on feelings of love and gratitude, we can increase our serotonin levels naturally and instantly.  Serotonin is the neurotransmitter that produces feelings of joy and calm and is stimulated with prescription anti-depressants.  So, with that information it makes even more sense to meditate at least 10-20 minutes a day to keep the levels in a healthy range and avoid ALL negative side effects!  And, once you learn how to meditate, it is FREE making meditation kind to the bank account as well!! Conclusion:  Meditation is a WIN-WIN activity!!!

If you can take about 4 and a half minutes out of your day, listen to the meditation attached and notice an increase in your sense of joy and peace.  If you are interested in learning how to meditate, sit quietly after the guided meditation and just stay in that space noticing your thoughts and bringing your attention back to your breath.  You will increase your focus as well as your ability to enjoy peace and calm in your mind and body.

Its easy!  May you be filled with a renewed sense of peace, joy and calm!

All my best,

Jennifer

“People become really quite remarkable when they start thinking they can do things.”
—  Norman Vincent Peale

Is your subconscious telling you otherwise?  Try hypnosis and find out where your thoughts are in conflict with your actions and feelings.  The subconscious handles all or our inherent beliefs, patterns and habits.  If we have a belief that says, “I cannot do anything right”, or “That will never happen for me” that will override your goals.  In a recent Harvard study they concluded that, “95% of all our decisions are made by the subconscious.”  So, where are you stuck?  Wouldn’t it be nice to become aware of the defeating belief and change it??? Hypnosis and Meditation are great tools for getting past these blocks!

Peace and blessings,

Jennifer

I’ve heard it told to me in a way I could understand, “Let Go or Be Dragged!” LOL!!!

May you have a day of mental, spiritual and physical FREEDOM!

Hello Everyone!

I’ve decided to share my interview with the StressEraser after revisiting it last week because it contains some basic yet powerful information regarding meditation, hypnosis and stress relief. I thought it may assist anyone who might be thinking of moving in this direction but not quite sure what its all about.

The interviewer (Evan Birkhead) had never experienced meditation or hypnosis and asked me to do a quick relaxation session with him for stress relief.  It was fun witnessing his responses to the session which ranged from surprise to incredible satisfaction.  In fact, for a couple weeks after the interview he called asking for another session because of how well it worked.

The interview identifies what meditation and hypnosis are, how it works, how it can help with stress, the parts of the mind, brain wave patterns, etc.  It is a longer interview so if you want to review the mini session with Evan, its toward the end.

It is my highest intention you find this interview informative, useful and fun.  I’d love to hear your feedback!

If you feel inspired to give it a try, please contact me!
