This group was developed to assist all of you out there that have known about the benefits of meditation but lack time, know-how, regularity and any other challenge. Every Meditation call is 30 minutes or less and can be accessed by phone or internet. Additionally, a monthly library is available for member access online 24/7. Weekly Guided Tele-Meditation Group
WHAT IS IT?
Each week a new guided meditation will launch in which members will be able to listen in via telephone. Certain weeks will offer the opportunity for Q&A during the live call to enhance the learning of your meditation practice. All calls will be recorded and playback of the library will be available to all members.
WHAT MAKES THE GROUP UNIQUE?
This meditation group is unique for a few reasons:
Each meditation is designed for quick and effective results to accommodate even the busiest of schedules. The calls will run approximately 30 minutes in length and if you can’t make the call you can listen to the playback at your convenience.
The meditations will guide as well as teach powerful tools to use in your daily life to regain focus, relaxation and peace.
Jennifer Wong is a certified hypnotherapist and has integrated basic hypnosis techniques into the meditations for faster and deeper levels of relaxation and personal change.
WHEN ARE THE LIVE CALLS?
Every Monday from 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm (PST)
WHAT IF I CAN’T MAKE THE LIVE CALL?
That is ok! All calls are recorded and posted in the library for immediate access after the live call. Additionally, as a member you receive UNLIMITED ACCESS to the Guided Meditation Library, which allows you to have a guided meditation every day of the week at YOUR CONVENIENCE!
